The open joint stock company «Multiregional TransitTelecom» (MTT), a national operator of domestic long-distance and international communication, has been in the Russian telecommunications market since 1994.
MTT is the owner and operator of a digital multi-service national-scale network whose nodes are installed in all subjects of Russian Federation.
