PromSvyazÑapital Group is a partner of the International Financial Corporation (IFC) in the project “A chance to work”.
The project envisages that people from the ages of 18 to 28 who lived in orphanages undertake training in non-commercial organisations and also gain work experience in companies participating in the project.
At present several people are conducting work experience in PromSvyazCapital Group companies. Some of them have been hired by the Group’s companies.

The practical aim of the project is to help those who have lived in orphanages to become self sufficient and to adapt to everyday life.
The strategic task of the project is to reduce the level of social tension and aide in the development of the business community’s corporate social responsibility in Russia.
